Today we closed on our listing at 8914 W Falls Ave in Kennewick.  This home was under contract after only 33 days on the market, and closed today, 2 months + 1 day from start to finish.

How does a house sell so quickly in today’s real estate market?  There are a few reasons:  it was a 4 bedroom (+bonus) home with a daylight basement, it had been thoughtfully updated to add value, it was located in a nice neighborhood near Sunset View Elementary, and it was priced at market value, in an affordable price range under $200,000.

Our advertising efforts included marketing the home for sale through the MLS, a color print ad in The Real Estate Book, promotion on our website, Facebook page, & Twitter, placing flyers and a QR Code for smartphones on the yard sign, and ensuring it was accessible on real estate websites including, Zillow, & Trulia.  These combined efforts attracted 16 separate showings and an offer that closed today, just months + 1 day after it all began!
