The City of  Kennewick has released a comprehensive 2013-2018 Parks & Rec plan.  The plan includes proposed developments to Columbia Park, Southridge Sports Complex, and the regional trails system.  It also includes a map of each section of the city with additions/acquisitions for school, community, and neighborhood park areas.
